Pelvic Floor Exercise System
Combined with kegel exercises, the Aquaflex Weighted Vaginal Cones are used to improve pelvic floor muscle strengthening. As you would insert a tampon, the cone is inserted in the vagina automatically causing muscles to contract around Aquaflex. As your pelvic floor muscles become stronger, women can add more weights and increase the amount of time a cone remains in place. Recommended to use up to 20 minutes a day to treat stress incontinence and improve sexual response and satisfaction.
Contracts Pelvic Floor Muscles
Aquaflex is a weighted exercise cone system, to help identify and exercise the muscles of the pelvic floor. Once Aquaflex is inserted correctly, the pelvic floor muscles contract isolating the vaginal cone. These muscles, which extend from the pubic bone to the tailbone, support the bladder and uterus. By retaining cones of increasing weight in the vagina, you can increase the strength, endurance and response of the pelvic floor muscles.
Graduated Set of Weights
The cones are clinically proven to improve general pelvic health in a matter of 12 weeks. Users gradually add more weights as pelvic floor muscle strength increases. The pelvic floor exercise system consists of two cones and a set of four weights: 5g, 10, and two sets of 20g).
