By warming the insoles, they easily be shaped and formed into the ideal contour needed to better fit in your shoe and support your heel. The material can be laterally cut to provide optimal comfort even in bulkier shoes. The Contoured arch support reduces the effect of inward pronation. The removable Calcaneal EVA plug can be removed or replaced to lessen or increase the pressure on the heel.
