Dear valued customer,
Following on from the widespread disruption caused by COVID, products sourced by Performance Health International (PH) that are manufactured outside of the UK or have parts/raw material that come from outside of Europe are being severely impacted. This is having a significant impact on the item availability in our UK Distribution Centre (DC).
As an organisation we are doing all we can to secure shipment of products from the Far East however availability of containers and ships continues to be challenging.
Any back-orders held by PH will be processed once stock arrives into the DC and based on the order date received.
There are alternative/substitution items available in the DC and these will be highlighted by the customer experience and sales team where appropriate.
