X-treme CarpalGard features all the benefits of the regular Carpal Gard and more. It is made from new NusStim X-treme composite material, and layered in nylon/spandex/foam for the ultimate in semi-rigid support. It is strong, with greater compression, yet pliable to encourage range of motion, and offers better cushioning without uncomfortable bulk.
