FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
The support should be sized correctly to ensure maximum benefit. To determine the correct size measure around the knee, over the kneecap with the leg held straight.
Ensure all straps are unfastened and gently slide support over the knee
Position kneecap in patella opening in the centre of the support
Fasten top and bottom straps so that the support if firm but comfortable
