FAQ – Pricing Review effective 3rd January 2024

  • Why are you changing your prices now?

    • The past few years since Covid affected all our lives has seen great fluctuation in the global supply chain with stock availability and pricing affected significantly during this time.
    • We have taken the past few months to analyse the market and our pricing structure to adjust what we can offer to you as a business and wanted to pass this onto you our customers as soon as possible.
    • In the large majority of instances, you will see that we have reduced our cost price to support your business, maintained the price in some areas and in a few situations increased the price.
    • We have also realigned pricing that became disjointed within family groups to ensure consistency throughout our pricing structure.
  • Do I need to align my price lists to Performance Health's RRP displayed on the website?

    • The intention is to ensure consistency and help standardise the prices of Performance Health products across all channels and customers, however there is no obligation for any partner to align with the Recommended Retail Prices.
  • Will orders placed prior to 3rd January 2024 be affected by the pricing adjustment?

    • All orders placed before the 3rd January 2024 will be honoured with current pricing while orders made on or after the 3rd January 2024 will be invoiced at the new adjusted price.
    • From notification of this price review, no back orders will be accepted until the new pricing is updated on the system.
    • Performance Health will not accept orders received that are beyond the normal order pattern, stock building at old prices will not be accepted.
  • When did Performance Health inform customers about the pricing adjustment?

    • Our first price adjustment notice was sent to customers on the 15th December 2024.
    • A second email was sent on 21st December 2024 allowing time for customers to plan any actions required to upload new price lists to their systems.
  • In what format will I receive my price list?

    • Our price list comes in a standardised Excel document; however, we are happy to provide you with any other format to accommodate your needs.
  • How long will pricing last?

    • Inflationary pressures are consistent in the current market, we will continue to monitor our costs closely and look to hold prices throughout 2024 as much as possible but may have to implement further changes as necessary.
