- If the frame is too high, you may find it difficult to straighten your elbows and increase weight distribution through your arms.
- Your frame is too low if you are bent over with poor posture.
- Generally, the height of the handgrips should be at the level of the wrist bone when your elbows are slightly bent, at an angle of about 15° flexion.
