Days Upright Walker for Supported Upright Walking

The Days Upright Walker is a mobility aid designed to encourage a more upright walking position, providing an alternative to traditional walkers and rollators that may encourage users to lean forward. Its ergonomic design provides support around the arms and upper body while helping users maintain a more upright posture when walking.

The walker combines adjustable moulded armrests, a comfortable seat, padded backrest and lockable brakes to provide support during walking and when resting. Practical features including a detachable storage bag and cane holder also make it suitable for everyday use.

Adjustable Arm Supports for Upright Walking

The moulded armrests provide additional support while walking and are adjustable for both length and height, allowing the walker to be adapted to the individual user's requirements. Supporting the arms and forearms can help users maintain a more upright position rather than relying on the forward-leaning posture often associated with conventional walking frames and rollators.

The adjustable design allows users to find a comfortable position for their arms while using the walker, helping provide greater control and stability during mobility.

Comfortable Seat and Padded Backrest

The Days Upright Walker features a comfortable seat measuring 18 inches wide by 11 inches deep, providing a convenient place to rest when required. The padded backrest provides additional comfort when the user is seated.

Two bars at the rear of the walker provide handles to assist users when standing up from the seat. This provides additional support during sit-to-stand transfers before continuing to walk.

Lockable Brakes for Stability and Control

Loop lockable brakes provide controlled stopping while walking and can be locked when the walker is stationary. Locking the brakes helps keep the walker in position when the user is seated or when getting up from the seat.

The walker is designed to provide a combination of mobility and stability, making it suitable for users who require additional support when walking as well as somewhere to rest during everyday activities.

Storage Bag and Cane Holder

The Days Upright Walker includes a large detachable showerproof storage bag for carrying personal belongings while walking. The bag can be removed when additional storage is not required.

A dedicated cane and walking stick holder is also included, allowing users to carry their walking stick with the walker when it is not being used.

The Days Upright Walker features a black aluminium frame designed to provide a robust mobility solution. Minimal assembly is required, helping make the walker straightforward to set up before use.

The walker features 12-inch wheels, with smaller rear wheels designed to assist manoeuvrability. The wheels are made from TPR rubber, providing a durable wheel material for everyday use.
