The Dorking Stocking Aid is a simple, inexpensive device that assists the user when putting on stockings or socks, especially when bending to reach the foot is difficult. Built with a flexible plastic gutter for improved maneuverability.
Effective Design
It features a flexible plastic gutter with long cotton tapes attached to the top. Feed the stocking or sock through the plastic and hold it in place with the side notches. Place the foot in the open end of the stocking and pull it over the foot and up the leg using the tapes. Side notches hold the sock securely, whilst the strap-ends help pull stocking into position efficiently. Available with or without side slots.
